CYLINDER BRUSH FOR REASING MACHINE IN EXTRUSION IN ALVEOLAR ALUMINIUM
Description
The aim of this cylinder is the cleaning of the reasing cylinder. With this new brush typology it has been possible to insert the simple interchangeability of the damaged brush plates, by reducing in a satisfactory way the stop of the machine and, in the meanwhile, it has been inserted a new support concept in alveolar aluminium that reduces notably the mass in rotation.

High power brushing machines suitable for all fabric cleaning operations, where traditional brushes can not obtain positive effects.

Neutralizes Surface Charges
The machine is equipped with 4 high pressure air-blades, each one with individual motor-fan;
Each air-blade has one ionized bar to ionize the air flow blowing on fabrics.
This system remove the static from fabrics making easy to remove surface particles dust.
